Employees of the anti-corruption service improve their skills

The Academy has started training courses for employees of the Anti-corruption Service.

The training is aimed at developing professional and personal qualities of the Manager, skills of effective management of the team.

As part of the training, modern approaches to the organization of activities and management in the Anti-corruption Service will be studied.

The program provides for the development of such relevant training modules as the basics of analytical work in management, leadership and personal qualities of the Manager, communication and public speaking skills, conflict management, and a workshop on self-regulation.

Students will also get acquainted with modern information systems of law enforcement agencies.

The Academy’s teachers, who have extensive theoretical and practical experience, are involved in the training process.
