The Interdepartmental Research Institute of the Law Enforcement Academy conducted a scientific analysis “Current issues of strengthening the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs and their legitimate interests” by order of the NCE “Atameken”.
Based on the results of the study, proposals were made to strengthen business protection, and legislative amendments were prepared. In particular, it is proposed to introduce a separate Chapter of the Criminal code, the object of encroachment of which are public relations for the implementation of business initiatives.
The results of the study were discussed at a meeting of the Criminological forum. They were tested at a meeting of the Council for the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs and anti-corruption at the NCE “Atameken”.
Currently, a collection of forum materials has been prepared, which is available on the Academy’s website and will be of interest to scientists and practitioners, as well as entrepreneurs.
