An international scientific and practical conference “Actual Issues of Counteracting pseudo Entrepreneurship and Illegal Entrepreneurship” was held in Minsk organized by the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Belarus.
The forum raised topical issues of identifying and suppressing criminal schemes for creating fictitious enterprises and laundering illicit proceeds, improving regulatory and legal mechanisms aimed at preventing crimes in the economic sphere.
The staff of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies – Head of the Centre for Research in Public Interest Protection of the Public Research Institute Manarbek Saduov and leading researcher Amangeldy Imangaliyev took part in the conference. Reports of scientists were devoted to the problems of limiting the shadow sector, the investigation of criminal cases on the facts of pseudo-entrepreneurship, peculiarities of Kazakhstan’s judicial and investigative practice in this sphere.
