The Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies opened another training courses for prosecutors on the topic: “The quality of maintaining public prosecution and imposing punishment for criminal offenses”.
The purpose of the training is to teach prosecutors the ability to properly occupy and outline the position of the supervisory authority, to orient the court to issue a verdict, to take timely measures to eliminate violations of the law and the rights of convicts.
The training program is focused on improving the professional competencies of prosecutors.
Classes will be held in six main modules: “Team building”, “Fundamentals of project management”, “Development of oratory skills”, “Appointment of punishment for a set of crimes and sentences. Recidivism of crimes “,”Accusative speech”, “Methodology for verifying the legality of judicial acts on the appointment of punishment”.
