Advanced training for the effective combat corruption

Another group of employees of the Anti-Corruption Service started advanced training courses at the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies.

The training program is developed based on the needs of the practice taking into account the specifics of the activities of the anti-corruption service.

The curriculum includes the study of strategic issues of the state’s anti-corruption policy. Lectures and trainings are devoted to the problems of prevention of corruption manifestations in public service bodies and quasi-public sector, minimization of corruption risks, conditions and causes accompanying their occurrence. The international experience in this sphere is studied.

In addition, students learn modern methods of detecting and investigating corruption offenses. An important role is played by operational-search activity, the correct organization and tactics of interaction between investigators and operational staff in the investigation of crimes.

An important help in identifying corruption offenses is the use of modern information technologies. Analytical intelligence and forecasting, the use of Internet capabilities, anti-corruption monitoring – all these innovative methods are also designed to provide substantial assistance to investigators and improve the quality of disclosure and investigation of criminal cases.
