The Prosecutor’s Offices of Almaty and Karaganda regions completed the courses of professional retraining on the topic “Legal and practical issues of the participation of the prosecutor in the criminal process”. The skills of the procedural prosecutor were obtained by employees previously assigned to other areas of supervisory activities.
The courses were organized by representatives of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies together with regional prosecutors.
The main goal of the trainings is the formation of in-depth professional knowledge and skills necessary for supervision and representation of state interests in criminal proceedings.
Classes were conducted using modern interactive forms and methods of teaching, practical exercises with the discussion of specific tasks and situations, working out and consolidating the obtained knowledge on practical examples.
There were also trainings on the issues of team building. The urgency of its conduct is dictated by the need for team building, the psychological adaptation of newly recruited staff, improving communication skills both with colleagues and with citizens. The classes received approving responses from listeners.
