Today, the Law Enforcement Academy honored the first rector of the University Ulan Saparovich Baizhanov. The celebration is timed to his 60th anniversary.
The Academy achieved notable success under the leadership of Ulan Baizhanov. The main goals that stood at the first stage of the establishment of the institution were successfully achieved. In a short time, the main strategic approaches to the sustainable development of the University were formulated. We have created a cadre of like-minded people who are able to solve the tasks. Today, the University actively continues the established traditions and progressive initiatives.
Colleagues warmly congratulated the hero of the day, noted his role in the successful establishment of the University, stressed the high professionalism and managerial talent.
In recognition of his merits and gratitude for his contribution to the Academy, Ulan Baizhanov was awarded the title of Honorary Professor of the Law Enforcement Academy.
