Prosecutors gained new knowledge and skills

The Academy held regular training courses for prosecutors on the topic: “Legal and practical issues of participation of the Prosecutor in the criminal process.”

Lectures and trainings were aimed at the formation of students in-depth professional competencies necessary for supervision at the pre-trial stage of the criminal process and the maintenance of public prosecution in court.

Also in the program of courses-classes on operational and investigative activities, teamwork and professional ethics. An important training module is “Digitalization of the criminal process”.

The training format is designed to provide practical orientation and maximum mastery of important practical knowledge and skills.

Classes were held with the discussion of specific tasks and situations, working out and consolidating the knowledge gained on practical examples. Thus, on the basis of the Committee on legal statistics and special accounts, experts demonstrated the work of modern information systems in Supervisory activities.

As a result of the training event, a round table was held, where topical problems of law enforcement practice, improving the effectiveness of the Prosecutor’s participation in the criminal process were discussed.
