The Institute for Postgraduate Education of the Law Enforcement Academy held a lecture for doctoral students on the topic “Problems of the application of administrative legislation in the activities of internal affairs bodies”. The event was attended by employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Department of Administrative Practice of the Committee of Administrative Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
During the lesson, the issues of competence of internal affairs bodies when considering cases of administrative offenses, as well as the practice of applying administrative legislation in the activities of internal affairs bodies, ways to solve pressing problems in this area were discussed.
