Advanced training courses organized by the Law Enforcement Academy on the basis of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Accounting for employees of territorial prosecutor’s offices supervising the criminal process have completed.
The training was devoted to the issues of modernization of the procedural foundations of law enforcement.
The main innovations, the features of the new institutes of criminal procedure legislation, the differentiation of powers of criminal prosecution bodies, the prosecutor’s office and the court, as well as the pre-trial investigation in electronic format were studied.
In conclusion, a round table was held, where topical issues of supervisory practice were discussed.
