Criminological forum on improving the criminal and criminal procedure legislation
On February 22, 2019, a meeting of the Criminological Forum will be held dedicated to the discussion of the Concept for the bill on improving the criminal and criminal procedure legislation.
Deputies of the Parliament, representatives of the Presidential Administration, the Supreme Court, law enforcement and government bodies, non-governmental organizations, lawyers, scientists, foreign experts are invited to participate in its work.
Within the framework of the agenda, it is planned to discuss novels on improving the current legislation (for example, improving the institution of confiscation, additional regulation of the issues of secret investigative actions; strengthening responsibility for poaching, etc.).
