Internship of the Academy’s magistracy student in Japan

Magistracy student of the Law Enforcement Academy E. Abdimajitov passed a training course on the rule of law in Japan in the framework of the draft MIRAI 2018 program.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan on a competitive basis selected the most prepared students and leading lawyers from the countries of the Caucasus and Central Asia to participate in the project.

In accordance with the program, project participants visited the Supreme Court, the Tokyo District Court, the leading law firm Nishimura & Asahi, and Waseda University.

We got acquainted with the Japanese judicial system, criminal law, the Saiban Law mixed court system.

According to the student, the program of stay in Japan was very informative and informative, significantly helped in the work on the master’s research. He called on young scientists of Kazakhstan to participate more actively in international educational projects.
