The Law Enforcement Academy held training courses for prosecutors, who are in reserve for the positions of Deputy prosecutors of regions and city.
This is the second course this year on a specially designed training program “Modern approaches to law enforcement”.

The thematic focus of the educational process is determined taking into account the experience of the presidential reserve training courses.
The main emphasis is placed on improving the skills necessary for future leadership, effective management of the team in normal and unusual situations.
Most of the educational process is devoted to strategic management and planning, leadership and personal effectiveness of the head, conflictology.
Students took part in special trainings on public speaking in order to improve the skills of public speaking.
Taking into account the digitalization of criminal proceedings, training forms and methods of effective work with modern information systems of law enforcement agencies were held.
The best teachers of the Academy with extensive theoretical and practical experience, as well as the staff of the Prosecutor General’s office are involved in the training process.
