On September 26, 2019, a scientific seminar was held at the Law Enforcement Academy on the topic “Economic aspects of the criminal process: theory and practice.”
The seminar was attended by representatives of postgraduates, doctoral students, faculty of various universities, as well as practitioners – employees of the internal affairs bodies, anti-corruption service and economic investigation service.
The main purpose of the event is to discuss at an interdisciplinary level relevant theoretical and practical problems related to the economic aspects of the criminal process.
The seminar was organized by the Council of Young Scientists of the Academy as part of the implementation of the Roadmap for the Year of Youth.
Following the results of the scientific seminar, a number of recommendations were formulated to improve the criminal procedure legislation.
