In the spirit of mutually beneficial cooperation

A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Law Enforcement Academy under the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy on February 13.

The signing of the agreement was a logical continuation of the established cooperation between the two institutions.

As the rector of the Law Enforcement Academy Yergali Merzadinov noted, the Elbasy Library makes a great contribution to the upbringing of the younger generation. Students of the Academy are active participants in the educational programs of the Library.

“The scientific and educational projects of the Elbasy Library are aimed at studying the conceptual ideas and global initiatives of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the features of the Kazakhstan Way through the implementation of youth projects, the national idea of “Mangilik El”, program documents and articles of Elbasy. We update the topic of training seminars every year, trying to keep up with the socio-political agenda” said Amerkhan Rakhimzhanov, director of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy.

Noting the importance of the agreements reached, E.S. Merzadinov and A.M. Rakhimzhanov expressed satisfaction with the nature and quality of the existing partnerships, readiness to implement other promising areas of cooperation aimed at promoting the ideas and initiatives of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy N.A. Nazarbayev, and interaction in the field of youth policy development.

The parties also agreed to conduct joint cultural, educational, creative and research projects to study the history of the formation and development of the republic. According to the general opinion, in the context of comprehensive modernization of Kazakhstani society, it is important to mobilize joint efforts to achieve the goals set, to conduct joint educational and socially significant events.

The parties agreed to use various forms of interaction and discussion of pressing issues of cooperation, to establish a regular exchange of information in order to implement joint proposals to improve the efficiency of the work.
