The Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Shaisultan Shayakhmetov National Scientific and Practical Centre «Til-Kazyna» have signed a cooperation agreement. The document aims to promote the state language in the legal sphere, strengthen academic collaboration and implement joint projects in the field of legal linguistics.
The agreement lays the foundation for conducting joint research, systematising and standardising legal terminology, developing teaching materials on professional Kazakh, and organising academic and practical events.
The signing of the document was a natural continuation of the cooperation between the Academy and the Centre. Previously, the parties had held a joint round-table discussion on topical issues relating to the development of legal language, which marked the beginning of further cooperation.
The implementation of the Agreement will enable the parties to pool their academic and practical expertise, contribute to the development of state language policy, improve the quality of academic and methodological work, and introduce modern approaches to the formation of a unified conceptual framework in the legal sphere.
