The Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan has completed a comprehensive study on improving the effectiveness of public prosecutors in jury trials.
The analysis revealed that in the context of democratization of justice, prosecutors face significant communication and evidence-related challenges that require systematic methodological support.
The recommendations developed by the research team have been widely tested at international and national platforms and are currently being incorporated into applied educational products.
The research findings have been integrated into master’s and doctoral degree programs, as well as specialized training modules for students.
Additionally, an interactive workshop has been developed, including case studies and quizzes, which has been successfully tested at the International Forum of Public Prosecutors.
The purpose of this work is not only to conduct scientific analysis but also to ensure the practical improvement of the quality of justice.
