On the admission of candidates for initial professional training
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Law Enforcement Services” dated January 6, 2011, No. 380-IV, the Rules for Selection for Initial Professional Training and Conditions for its Completion for Persons Entering the Service in the Prosecutor’s Office, the anti-corruption service and the economic investigation service, as well as the grounds for their expulsion from initial professional training, approved by Joint Order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 26, 2020, No. 80, the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Combating Corruption (Anti-Corruption Service) dated June 29, 2020, No. 199, and the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 14, 2020, No. 675, guided by subparagraph 12) of paragraph 26 of the Charter of the state institution “Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan” (hereinafter referred to as the Academy), approved by Order No. 14 of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 3, 2021, I ORDER:
To enroll the following candidates in the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan for initial professional training starting July 1, 2025:
candidates for the prosecutor’s office in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to this order;
candidates for the anti-corruption service in accordance with Appendix No. 2 to this order;
candidates for the economic investigation service in accordance with Appendix No. 3 to this order.
The Professional Training Institute (hereinafter referred to as the Institute) of the Academy shall:
1) ensure that interested parties are familiarized with this order;
2) conclude contracts with candidates enrolled in initial professional training.
The Director of the Academy’s Institute, M.Sh. Abdrakhmanov, shall be responsible for monitoring the implementation of this order.
This order shall enter into force on the date of its signing.
