The Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan organized a meeting between employees of the General Prosecutor’s Office and students undergoing initial professional training.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss issues related to the adaptation of young prosecutors to the conditions of practical work.
Such events are held regularly at the Academy and serve as an effective platform for open dialogue between representatives of the central apparatus of the prosecutor’s office and graduates.
The event was attended by employees of the Personnel Department of the General Prosecutor’s Office – Deputy Head of the Department Ilyas Aibar and Head of the Department’s Administration Ernur Uali, as well as Senior Assistant to the General Prosecutor Arsen Marat and Prosecutor of the city of Koshy Daniyar Izbasarov.
The speakers focused in detail on the implementation of the “Adal Azamat” concept, which aims to establish high moral and ethical standards of professional conduct and a firm rejection of corruption and abuse of power.
The main postulates of the principle of the functioning of the state and society “Law and Order” were explained in the context of the audience’s awareness of the importance of serving society and the state.
The participants of the meeting had the opportunity to ask questions in an open format, discuss practical aspects of service, and receive valuable recommendations.
The event is of particular significance in the context of the 10th anniversary of the founding of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies. Over the past decade, the Academy has established itself as a key center for the training and selection of prosecutors, making a significant contribution to the formation of the professional corps of the prosecutor’s office.
This format of meeting contributes to the further strengthening of the personnel potential of the prosecutor’s office, the improvement of the professional training of young specialists, and the formation of sustainable moral and ethical principles in them, which, ultimately, is the key to the successful performance of official duties in the interests of legality and law and order.
