Today, 30 of the best and most active students of the Law Enforcement Academy took part in an educational lecture held at the Presidential Center museum to mark the 100th anniversary of the birth of composer, conductor, Honored Artist of Kazakhstan, and National Hero Nurgis Tilendiev.
This event was organized by the Academy in conjunction with the General Prosecutor’s Office and the Presidential Center.
During the lecture, students learned about important events in the life of N. Tilendiev, his works and creativity, which contributed to his development as a musician and teacher.
In his speech at the fourth meeting of the National Fund, the Head of State emphasized that education and upbringing must always go hand in hand in order to raise an advanced generation.
At the same time, attention was drawn to the importance of involving young people in spiritual and cultural life and teaching them art and education in order to raise honest citizens in modern society.
At the end of the meeting, Academy student Mellat Kalamkas performed one of the musician’s popular works, “Alqissa.”
