A significant meeting took place at the Presidential Center between Vera Alexandrovna Kim, a member of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and master’s students from the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as students from the capital’s universities.
During the meeting, they discussed the key areas of the President’s initiative “Adal Azamat – Adal Enbek,” presented at the IV session of the National Kurultai. Particular attention was paid to the issues of unity and solidarity among all ethnic groups and peoples of Kazakhstan as an essential prerequisite for achieving common national goals.
Vera Aleksandrovna Kim shared her observations on life and emphasized that the modern youth of Kazakhstan are highly educated, responsible, and hard-working. The deputy emphasized personal qualities such as honesty and conscientious work, noting that these values should form the basis of the activities of future civil servants and law enforcement officials.
Alibek Baigaliyev, PhD, associate professor of general legal disciplines at the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies, who also spoke at the event, noted that the Adal Azamat – Adal Enbek initiative plays an important role in shaping young people’s awareness of the law. According to him, the development of a culture of human rights protection and the pursuit of transparency in professional activities are important guidelines for future specialists who will shape the image of modern public service.
Such meetings contribute to the formation of a clear understanding of the principles of honesty, transparency, and service to society among young professionals, which has a positive impact on their professional development, stimulating the development of anti-corruption thinking and the pursuit of effective public administration.
