The ability to speak competently in public is a skill necessary for every modern representative of the law enforcement sphere.
Therefore, the Academy pays special attention to the development of this competence in its programs, creating platforms for improving the skills of public speaking.
Among them is the one–speech contest “Polylogue”, held by the university for its students in the state and Russian languages.
In order to fully disclose the available potential, the contestants were provided with a wide list of topics of speeches that are not directly related to law. For example, participants were invited to speak on family issues, the problem of “fathers and children”, the role of modern youth in society, globalization, self-development, ecology, ethics, health.
The chairman of the jury was the Director of the Institute of State History of the Science Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Yerkin Abil.
In the future, it is planned to expand the circle of participants by Academy employees, students of other universities and civil servants.
According to the results of the competitions, the winners were awarded with diplomas of the Rector of the Academy.
