Discussion of the results of 8 scientific studies
The results of 8 scientific studies in the law enforcement sphere will be discussed on November 4 within the framework of the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Topical issues of law Enforcement” dedicated to the memory of the prominent statesman Utegen Seitov.
Event organizer: Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The conference will be attended by the scientific community, members of Parliament, representatives of the OSCE, the Presidential Administration, the Supreme Court, state bodies, as well as foreign experts from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Vietnam, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, etc.
Among the scientific studies under consideration:
1) General legal principles of criminal procedure and their implementation in law enforcement activities;
2) Theoretical aspects of the Institute of Financial Investigations in Kazakhstan;
3) Problems and prospects of the Institute of private bailiffs;
4) The legal status of the prosecutor in Kazakhstan and the CIS countries: comparative legal analysis;
5) The identity of the criminal: criminological research;
6) The activities of the local police service for the prevention of juvenile delinquency: problems of legal regulation and law enforcement;
7) Service model of public safety. Theory and practice;
8) Organizational and legal aspects of social reintegration of persons released from places of deprivation of liberty.
The research is aimed at solving the problems of ensuring the relationship between science and practice, strengthening the rule of law and the rule of law, improving law enforcement.
