The originality of the scientific article should be at least 75%.

 

An article of 5-8 pages should be typed in MS Word text editor; Times New Roman font size – 14, line spacing – 1; paragraph – 1.25 cm, margins: left, right, top and bottom – 2 cm– The UDC index is placed in the upper left corner.

 

The first line is the surname, first name, patronymic of the author(s), place of work (position) /study) (in full of each); title, academic degree (if any).). On the next line — the name of the organization, below — the city and country, below – the email address of the author. In the center — the title of the article in capital letters in bold. Below are the abstract (in Kazakh, Russian and English) to the scientific article – no more than 150 words. After the annotation – 6-8 keywords.

 

The main text of the article begins with a line. Figures and tables are allowed in the text. References to sources are given in square brackets, the numbering of references is solid throughout the text. A complete bibliographic list in the language of the article is given at the end of the article.

 

The article should be carefully edited in compliance with all requirements. Articles that do not correspond to the declared topic of the conference, the requirements of registration and submitted to the organizing committee later than the deadline (until March 21, 2022) are not included in the collection of conference materials and are not returned to the authors. The materials will be published in the author’s edition.

PROCEDURAL GUARANTEES OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF AN INDIVIDUAL WHEN AN INVESTIGATING JUDGE AUTHORIZES TEMPORARY SUSPENSION FROM OFFICE AND A BAN ON APPROACHING

 

 

 

Annotation. In the work, from the position of ensuring the constitutional rights and freedoms of the individual by the investigating judge, theoretical and practical problems arising in the process of authorizing other measures of procedural coercion — temporary suspension from office and a ban on approaching are analyzed.

 

The author analyzes the reasons and conditions contributing to the violation of the rights and legitimate interests of participants in the criminal process on the basis of legislative regulation and study of the practice of applying these other measures in the Republic of Kazakhstan, research of foreign experience.

 

Recommendations for further improvement of criminal procedure legislation in the context of the issues of the topic are formulated.
