The Academy has organized a special 30-day course for young prosecutors.
The contingent of students was made up of employees with up to 1 year of experience who entered the service before the introduction of mandatory initial professional training.
The training was conducted in order to deepen the basic knowledge they received in civilian universities and instill the necessary professional skills. The main attention is paid to the development of industry-wide, informational, written, communicative and professional competencies.
The developed program and the methods used in it are focused on the formation of a behavior model aimed at achieving positive results in work, continuous development and self-improvement.
