The Institute of Postgraduate Education of the Academy summed up the results of the international scientific and practical conference “Development of Modern Legal Science: theory and Practice”.
Undergraduates and doctoral students of the Academy submitted 36 scientific articles to the forum, reflecting the current problems of legal science.
The Organizing Committee of the conference organized a competition of scientific papers among the students of the Academy.
The aim of the competition is to popularize legal science and increase scientific interest, stimulate the publication activity of young scientists.
The competition committee evaluated the works according to the main criteria — the uniqueness of scientific ideas, the practical significance and relevance of the submitted works.
The winners are the articles in the following categories: “The best scientific article” (Murat Imanbayev), “The relevance of a scientific problem” (Abzal Baigarayev), “The practical significance of the work” (Talgat Turdubekov), “The uniqueness of the idea” (Alima Kazhkenova), “A fresh look at a scientific problem” (Meruert Baibolova).
It is noted that the nominated works devoted to the study of topical issues of law enforcement practice are of great theoretical interest for legal science, as well as have an important social and practical significance.
The articles will be interesting and useful for the legislator, the executive branch, employees of the courts of general jurisdiction and practicing lawyers.
