In the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies, the rector of the university, Yergali Merzadinov, was given a well-deserved rest.
The first vice-rector of the Academy Kaliolla Seitenov noted the merits of Yergali Merzadinov to the state, a great contribution to the formation of the prosecutor’s office of independent Kazakhstan.
Yergali Merzadinov devoted almost forty years to serving the law. He has a wealth of experience in the prosecutor’s field, a wonderful professional school.
Working in the most important areas of supervisory activity, he made a significant contribution to ensuring the rule of law, strengthening the public authority of the prosecutor’s office. He worked his way up from a trainee of the district prosecutor’s office to Deputy Prosecutor General, Vice-Minister of Internal Affairs. In all responsible positions, his organizational talent and high professional potential were clearly revealed.
Under the leadership of Yergali Merzadinov, significant results of the scientific and educational activities of the Academy were achieved. The university has successfully passed the institutional accreditation, received the status of the basic educational organization of the CIS countries. The program of professional training of young specialists has been successfully launched.
A life worthy of imitation and a work biography, public recognition and high authority – an inspiring example of a recognized professional. For many prosecutors, Yergali Serikbayevich became a wise teacher and mentor, gave a reliable start in life.
By the decision of the Academic Council of the Academy, Yergali Merzadinov was awarded the title of Honorary Professor of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies.
Thus, the staff of the educational institution expressed gratitude to its head for effective work and high professionalism.
