On anti-raiding issues

The Prosecutor’s Office constantly carries out purposeful work to implement the instructions of the Head of State in the field of support and protection of private entrepreneurship from unlawful interference in their activities.

One of the directions of this activity was the creation of a special interdepartmental working group under the leadership of the Vice-Rector of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies Gulnar Shushikova, with the participation of representatives of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs “Atameken”, the Prosecutor General’s Office, the Anti-Corruption Agency, the Financial Monitoring Agency, the Ministries of Internal Affairs and Justice.

The main task of the group is to develop additional measures to protect the business from raiding.

For this purpose, more than 200 appeals and complaints of entrepreneurs were analyzed, and the results of their consideration in state bodies were analyzed. The features of national and foreign legislation in the field of registration and reorganization of a legal entity were studied, criminal cases of this category were studied, and a sociological survey of entrepreneurs was organized.

Based on the results of the work carried out, methodological recommendations were prepared for the consideration of citizens ‘ appeals, the implementation of a pre-trial investigation into the facts of raiding.

The developed document is maximally adapted for practical application by state bodies and the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs.

The recommendations are sent to all interested bodies for use in the work.
