Legal guarantees for the protection of the constitutional rights of the individual in cases of administrative offenses were discussed by the participants of an online round table organized by the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies.
The event was attended by employees of the Academy, representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, regional prosecutor’s offices, judges of the administrative court, domestic and foreign scientists and experts.
Scientific discussions were held around such issues as the content of measures to ensure production: drive, delivery, detention, the current state of protection of the constitutional rights of the individual.
They discussed the key problems that arise in the course of proceedings in cases of administrative offenses, shared information about the research conducted in this area and positive experience from international practice.
As a result of the forum, practical recommendations were developed aimed at strengthening legal guarantees for the protection of citizens ‘ rights, restoring violated rights, and further expanding cooperation in the scientific field.
The round table is part of a series of events of the Academy dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
