“Results of the republican contest of scientific articles “Fair state to protect the interests of citizens”

The results of the republican contest of scientific articles dedicated to the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on the topic: “Fair state to protect the interests of citizens”.

The contest organizers selected 13 articles from various higher educational institutions, including the Academy of Justice under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Barimbek Beissenov and the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies.

The works of the contestants reflect the state’s commitment to the values of human life and health enshrined in the Constitution.

Many works are devoted to the issues of the rule of law, ensuring the rule of law and justice, and taking new measures to protect human rights, which were noted as priority areas in the Address of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan at a joint session of the Houses of Parliament.

The members of the jury, which included the teaching staff of the Academy’s Institutes, noted the originality of the ideas, consistency and clarity of the presentation of individual scientific works of the contestants.

According to the results of the competition:

– 1st place was awarded to a master’s student of the Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Barimbek Beisenov Kabdrashit Ayana Askarovna, scientific supervisor: Candidate of Law Kenbayev Zh.A. ;

— 2nd place was taken by students of the Academy of law enforcement agencies Dubecova Alina Ashatovna, scientific supervisor: candidate of law Amurtaeva D.T. and Orakbaev Askhat Bakytuly, scientific supervisor: candidate of law, associate Professor A.V. Syrbu.

— 3rd place was awarded to the student of the Academy of justice under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan Binali Laura supervisor: judge of the court of Nur-Sultan D.G. Kisikova and undergraduate law enforcement Academy Karin Asylzhan Rahmanuly, scientific supervisor: candidate of law N.Sh.Zhampeisov.
