SEITENOV KALIOLLA KABAYEVICH
First Vice-Rector of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Kaliolla Kabayevich was born on November 27, 1967 in the Akmola region.
He graduated from the Higher Investigative School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation (Volgograd Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation).
In different years, he worked in the forensic unit of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Akmola region, the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2001 to 2019, he was engaged in scientific and pedagogical activities. He was the dean, vice-rector, head of research projects and advanced training on forensic examination of KazGUU.
Since July 2019, he has held the position of professor of the Department of General Legal Disciplines of the Institute of Postgraduate Education of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the Prosecutor General’s Office.
Since March 2021 – the first vice-rector of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Doctor of Law, Professor.

Author of more than 150 scientific papers, including textbooks, teaching aids, methodological recommendations and scientific articles.
He is one of the authoritative experts in the field of criminal procedure, criminalistics and forensic examination, operational and investigative activities.
ESHIMOV MARALBEK AKYLBEKOVICH
Vice-Rector of the Law Enforcement Academy under the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan
He was born on November 10, 1973 in the Zhaksy district of Akmola region.
He graduated from Kostanay State University named after A. Baitursynov, specialty jurisprudence (1994-1998).
Passed military service in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan (1991-1993)
He began his labor activity as an electrician of the security department at the Zhaksy district police department of the Akmola region (1990-1991, 1993-1994).
After completing his studies, he entered the service in the prosecutor’s office of the Kostanay region, where he worked in various positions from 1998 to 2005.
In 2005-2012, he served in the Prosecutor General’s Office, where he consistently held positions from the prosecutor of the department to the head of the Organizational and Analytical Department of the Department of Personnel Work.
From October 2012 to September 2018 – Head of the Regional Transport Directorate of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Accounts of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From September 2018 to March 2019 – Head of the Office of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Astana city.
Since March 2019 – Vice-Rector of the Law Enforcement Academy.
The class rank is a senior counselor of justice.
Has a number of departmental and jubilee awards.
