According to the results of the international competition that ended in Minsk, the victory was won by the book “Prosecutor’s office in foreign countries”, prepared by a team of the Law Enforcement Academy under the Prosecutor General’s office under the leadership of Professor Begaliyev Yernar. The work of Kazakh scientists was highly appreciated and awarded a Diploma of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Belarus.
The competition, established in 2003 in honor of the outstanding Belarusian lawyer and jurist V. Spasovich, has a wide response from the legal community.
This year, more than a hundred works in 11 categories were submitted to the competition. In addition to scientific manuals and publications, the Commission evaluated information materials on legal topics, publications and creative projects covering the most pressing issues in the field of law and law enforcement practice.
