A regular meeting of the Academic Council of the Academy was held on February 26, 2020.
The meeting heard a report on the status and prospects of the Dissertation Council of the Academy, considered the issues of spending money from the sale of paid services of the Academy, and approved the Regulations on the journal “Zan zhane Zaman”, mailing lists of the scientific journal “Bulletin of the Law Enforcement Academy”.
It was decided to apply to the Committee for quality assurance in the field of education and science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the assignment of academic titles Associate Professor to the Associate Professor of the Institute for Professional Development of the Academy, PhD in Law Seitayeva Zh.S. and chief researcher of the Interdepartmental research Institute of the Academy, PhD in Law Imangaliev N. K.
Also recommended for publication are educational and scientific works of the Academy’s staff: the monograph “Privacy” (authors: M. I. Sheremetiev, S. A. Zhizhis, N. Yergalieva); the monograph “Criminal offenses in the system of offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan: theoretical, legal and organizational aspects” (authors: E. Anuar, D. K. Kairzhanova, D. D. Suleimenov); the textbook “Legal, organizational and scientific and methodological foundations of forensic expertise” (authors: S. F. Bychkova, K. K. Seitenov); educational and practical guide “Simulation training in the practical training of law enforcement officers” (authors: S Zh. Seitaeva, R. S. Balashov).
