The next courses of professional retraining of the staff members in the Presidential Reserve started in the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies. Leaders of the prosecution and internal affairs bodies will raise their qualifications.
The opening ceremony was attended by the President’s Assistant, Security Council Secretary Vladimir Zhumakanov and Prosecutor General Zhakip Asanov.
The Prosecutor General noted the importance of the training event in the context of the implementation of the task set by the Head of State to form the leaders of the new formation – leaders and modern managers. He stressed “The best employees are sent to training, having passed a special selection procedure to replace key management positions. The main goal of the training is to prepare reservists for future responsible work, to improve their professional and managerial competencies. New approaches to the organization of the learning process meet modern trends and the most important stages of the country’s development”.
The head of the Academy Nail Ahmetzakirov spoke about the training program for the staff of the Presidential Reserve, as well as new ideas and approaches of training.
The special management training program started in April last year. The main goal of the training is to help students to improve their professional and personal potential, equip them with important and useful knowledge, modern tools for operational management and strategic planning. Future leaders are taught how to be effective managers and organizers, to be able to make prompt and adequate decisions in various crisis situations.
Trainings and master classes are conducted by the best domestic and foreign experts, well-known scientists and practitioners, including heads of state bodies.
It gives obvious results. To date, 56 reservists have retrained professionally in the Academy, 13 of which are already working in higher positions. The newly appointed leaders who passed the school of the Presidential Reserve successfully use progressive approaches in organization of their work.
The presidential reserve program contributes to the real strengthening of the cadre of law enforcement agencies. Qualitative scientific and methodological support of the educational process allows to solve successively and purposefully the set tasks, with high efficiency to prepare competent and progressively thinking leaders.
