A regional training seminar on the problems of investigating drug crimes in the Internet was opened in Astana on the basis of the Regional Hub on Countering Global Threats. The training course is organized with the support of the UNODC regional office in Central Asia.
Experts from Italy, as well as representatives of law enforcement agencies of Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan participate in the training.
Experts will share their experience in combating drug crime in the virtual space during the seminar. Such important topics as drug trafficking on the Internet, methods of countering illicit drug trafficking, means of investigating such crimes, collecting and storing evidence, ways of identifying the identity of users on the Internet will be touched upon.
