Another scientific thesis on the specialty “Jurisprudence” was defended in the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies. The work of the PhD student Erbol Omarov on the topic “Procedural and other actions conducted in the course of rendering legal assistance during the pre-trial investigation in the Republic of Kazakhstan” was presented.
The meeting of the Dissertation Council was attended by scientific advisors – Doctor of Laws, Professor of the Academy of Economics and Law named after Zholdasbekova U.A. Sarkytbek Moldabaev, professor of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after B. Yeltsin Gulip Bidildayev, chief researcher of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies at the General Prosecutor’s Office Yerzhan Kemali.
Marat Kogamov, Doctor of Law, Professor of KazGYU and Raziya Akparova, Ph.D., Associate Professor of the Eurasian National University named after L.N.Gumilev were official reviewers.
Members of Dissertational Council decided to apply to the Committee for Control in Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science on awarding the degree of Ph.D. (PhD) in the specialty “Jurisprudence” to applicant E. Omarov.
