The next courses of professional retraining of prosecutors were opened in the Academy on the topic: “Legal and practical issues of the participation of the prosecutor in criminal proceedings”.
The courses are organized as part of the implementation of constitutional and other legislative changes that have given prosecutors new important powers. In particular, students will study the modernization of the procedural bases of legal activity.
The main goal is the formation of profound professional knowledge and skills necessary for the supervision and representation of the interests of the state in criminal proceedings among prosecutors.
The expected effect is an increase in the professional level of students on the issues of supervision and representation of the interests of the state in criminal proceedings, which contributes to the successful adaptation and quality implementation of functional tasks in the new work area.
The training includes the mastering of three important training modules – “Prosecutor’s activities in the pre-trial stage of the criminal process”, “Maintaining public prosecution in court”, “Digitalization of the criminal process and use of IT technologies”.
Lecturers – representatives of the scientific community and experienced employees of the prosecutor’s office will bring to the listeners the main aspects of practical activity on the example of specific case problems.
