An international scientific and practical online conference “New Humanitarian Knowledge in Military, Special Educational Institutions” organized on the basis of the g-global platform was held in the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies.
The event is devoted to the discussion of the program of the Head of State “Future orientation: a spiritual renaissance” and the annual address – “New Development Opportunities in the Conditions of the Fourth Industrial Revolution”.
The conference was attended by representatives of the Presidential Administration, the deputy corps, law enforcement and government agencies, higher education institutions, scientists and public figures, experts from India, Iraq, Turkey, as well as specialist from Russia, Germany, Iran and Pakistan through a teleconference.
The Acting Rector of the Academy Shakir Shayakhmetov noted the special urgency of the agenda of the conference. He stressed that priority tasks are set in the program documents for the higher school: creating conditions for obtaining a full-fledged education in humanitarian and social disciplines, building the nation’s potential through the further development of culture and ideology. These goals are today a strategic benchmark in our work.
Within the framework of the representative forum, a meaningful professional dialogue took place on the most important areas of increasing the role of social and humanitarian knowledge in the system of legal education, its importance in the formation of professional and general cultural competencies of future specialists.
In particular, the issues of effective introduction into the curriculum of knowledge on humanitarian disciplines such as psychology, pedagogy, sociology, political science, philosophy, philology, turkology were discussed.
Important topics of discussion were the formation of the spiritual and moral and professional culture of university youth, the education of value orientations. Particular attention is paid to problems of religious knowledge in universities, prevention of extremism among students.
Also, issues of transition of the Kazakh alphabet to the Latin alphabet were discussed. Young scientists made presentations of scientific research on current legal problems.
According to the participants of the conference, the consolidation of international scientific and practical potential has become an important event in the scientific life of departmental educational institutions, an opportunity for interested discussion of issues of mutual interest in the context of the implementation of the program tasks.
