A meeting of magistracy and doctoral students, as well as faculty members, with a doctor of legal sciences, professor, director of the Institute of Criminal Procedure Research and Combating Corruption and the Institute of Scientific Expertise and Analysis of KazGUU Kogamov Marat Chekishevich was held at the Academy.
The meeting was held in the format of a master class and dialogue. The main purpose of the meeting was to discuss the choice by students of the direction and subjects of their dissertation research, as well as methodological and practical recommendations for writing dissertations.
The event also discussed topical issues of law enforcement practice and the implementation by law enforcement agencies of the instructions of the Head of State in the framework of modernizing the procedural foundations of law enforcement.
As a result of the meeting, an agreement was reached to continue joint work in terms of holding a similar format for master classes, as well as providing practical and methodological assistance to students of the Academy.
