An interuniversity scientific and practical seminar was held at the Law Enforcement Academy on the problems of humanizing responsibility for economic and official crimes.
Scientists, postgraduates, doctoral students and university professors, law enforcement officers were invited to participate in the seminar.
During the meeting, important issues of combating crimes in the field of economic activity, the humanization of criminal law in relation to business entities, as well as for official criminal offenses, were discussed.
The seminar is designed to unite the efforts of young scientists in solving urgent scientific problems, issues of improving legislation, and priority tasks of law enforcement practice.
Following the results of the seminar, recommendations were formulated on further liberalization of the criminal law for economic and official crimes, taking into account risks to the state of law and order.
