The Academy completed training courses for prosecutors supervising the legality of administrative and enforcement proceedings.
The main goal of the training is the formation of highly qualified personnel, gaining special knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for the performance of official duties. This will improve the quality of the participation of the prosecutor in administrative cases and in the organization of supervision of the legality of enforcement proceedings.
Experienced employees of the Prosecutor General’s Office, the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Accounting, as well as a judge of the specialized inter-district administrative court of Astana are invited as lecturers.
Particular attention is paid to the study of modern capabilities of information systems and their application in analytical activities.
At the end of the training, a round table was held on which topical issues of the practical application of the norms of administrative and enforcement proceedings were raised. On certain issues, it is planned to send appropriate proposals to the Prosecutor General’s Office to develop a common practice.
