Representatives of the Law Enforcement Academy took part in the international scientific-practical conference on the theme “Human Rights: Methodological, Epistemological and Ontological Aspects”.
The event dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights was held on the basis of the Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
The forum was also attended by delegations from Canada, Germany, Spain, Poland, Lithuania, as well as representatives of state authorities, local self-government and public organizations of Ukraine. The Kazakhstan delegation was headed by Deputy Director of the Interdepartmental Research Institute of the Academy A. Karipova.
During the discussions, urgent problems of observing human rights, ensuring the right to access to justice, and observance of the norms of the UN general declaration of human rights were raised.
