A training course on the development of leadership competencies and improving the effectiveness of heads of regional prosecutors has completed at the Law Enforcement Academy.
Training in negotiation skills was organized on behalf of the Prosecutor General and aimed at improving work with potential protest groups, mastering modern management technologies and oratory.
Leading experts in the field of profiling and psychology were involved as experts. Classes were held in an interactive format with an emphasis on instilling practical skills.
The results of the training were summarized at a round table, with consideration of relevant issues of law enforcement practice.[
