A meeting of young prosecutors, as well as faculty members, was held with a well-known Kazakhstan lawyer, member of the Constitutional Council, Honorary Professor of the Academy Johann Merkel at the Law Enforcement Academy.
The event was a continuation of the good tradition of conducting master classes with the participation of honored law enforcement officials, aimed at educating young employees in the spirit of continuity of generations and preserving professional traditions.
The guest’s performance aroused great interest. Johann Davidovich spoke about the various stages of his professional activity, legislative work. He dwelt on the experience of OECD countries in introducing innovative technologies.
In this regard, the speaker praised the role of the Academy in training professional personnel for law enforcement agencies as the main guarantee of successful work to ensure law and order in the country.
Also within the framework of the meeting, discussions were held on topical issues of law enforcement practice. In particular, they discussed the introduction of a modern model of pre-trial investigation, improving the quality of criminal prosecution, strengthening the role of the prosecutor’s office in criminal proceedings.
