The Law Enforcement Academy completed advanced training courses for employees of regional and equivalent prosecutors on the topic “Conflicts. Neuro-linguistic programming and its application in supervisory work”.
The relevance of the training event is due to modern realities, when prosecutors must have a high level of skills in conflict management, building effective communications with various categories of citizens, be able to conduct the negotiation process and make constructive decisions in crisis situations.
The lecturers were a suicide psychologist, a psychologist – a negotiator of a special quick-response detachment of the Nur-Sultan Police Department, as well as experienced teachers of the Academy.
Experts familiarized students with the development trends of modern crisis communications, negotiation tactics and techniques, and taught emergency skills.
Upon completion of the courses, problematic thematic issues were discussed at the round table.
