Topical issues of scientific and educational activities were considered at today’s regular meeting of the Academic Council of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies.
The main topics of the agenda were the issues of organization of educational work and language development in the Academy, conducting research on topical issues of public security and crime prediction.
The Action Plan for the implementation of the Strategy for the Development of the Academy for 2018-2022 was also discussed, and the results of the contest for determining the Mission and Vision of the Academy were summed up.
The participants of the meeting congratulated the first two PhD doctors from among the graduates of the Academy who defended their thesis on the specialty “Jurisprudence”. Head of the Academy Nail Akhmetzakirov congratulated colleagues with a joyful event and noted the contribution of scientists to the development of legal science.
The Scientific Council recommended publication of the collection of materials of the international scientific and practical conference “Actual issues of ensuring public security and countering criminality in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, which was held on November 16, 2017.
