As part of the upcoming defense of a doctoral dissertation for the degree of Doctor (PhD) Yerlan Kairatovich Mynzhanov on the topic: «Theoretical and Practical Foundations of the Investigation of Crimes in the Sphere of Legalization of Criminal Proceeds» under the doctoral educational program 8D12301 «Law Enforcement», the Dissertation Council of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Dissertation Council) has appointed the following official reviewers (Protocol No. 18 of September 22, 2026):
– Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law Disciplines of the East Siberian State University of Technology and Management (Ulan-Ude), Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor Dmitry Bairovich Zhambalov;
