As part of the upcoming defense of a doctoral dissertation for the degree of doctor (PhD) Nurlanali Koshkarovich Myrzabayev on the topic: «Forensic Support for the Detection and Investigation of Trafficking in Minors», according to the educational program of the doctoral program 8D12301 «Law Enforcement», by the Dissertation Council of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Dissertation Council) has appointed the following official reviewers (Protocol No. 18 dated September 22, 2026):
– Bakitkul Raktayevna Sembekova, Director of the Scientific and Educational Center for Criminal Law Disciplines of the Academy of Justice under the High Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Candidate of Legal Sciences;
– Ulan Erkinovich Tugelbayev, Head of the Department for the Organization of Research and Editorial and Publishing Activities of the B. Beisenov Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).
