From 8 to 12 June 2026, the Law Enforcement Academy hosted a professional development course for city and district public prosecutors and their equivalents on the topic: «Leadership and Management: Modern Approaches».
The training was aimed at developing managerial competencies, leadership qualities and skills for effective team management. The course programme covered issues such as managerial decision-making, human resources management, delegation of authority, time management, the prevention of professional burnout and stress management.
Particular attention was paid to developing communication skills, negotiation, public speaking, engaging with the public and conflict resolution.
Separate sessions were devoted to topical issues relating to the work of prosecutors, the implementation of the ‘Law and Order’ ideology, the requirements of anti-corruption legislation, and the application of artificial intelligence and digital technologies in professional practice.
The sessions were conducted in an interactive format, utilising practical case studies, group discussions and simulations of managerial situations, which helped to consolidate the knowledge gained and develop the participants’ practical skills.
