Researchers from the Academy’s Interdepartmental Research Institute took part in the international forum «GovHR: PEOPLE. PROSPECT. PUBLIC VALUE in the age of digitalisation and artificial intelligence», organised by the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
During the forum, issues relating to the transformation of public administration in the context of digitalisation and the development of artificial intelligence were discussed, as well as the role of human capital and the values of the civil service.
Participation in the «Integrity – culture of integrity» session provided an opportunity to examine current aspects of fostering a culture of integrity, preventing conflicts of interest and strengthening public trust in state institutions.
The participation of the Academy’s academics in the forum facilitated the exchange of international experience and the development of approaches to the further development of human resource capacity and ethical standards in the civil service.
